What to Prepare:
300 g green papaya, cut into 1/2 inch slices
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 kg shrimps, shelled
1/4 kg halaan (clams), boiled and shelled
1 pouch tomato sauce
3 cups thick coconut milk
1 cup malunggay leaves
Start Cooking:
- Boil papaya in water until tender. Drain. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion, shrimps and halaan. Add tomato sauce and coconut milk.
- Season with 1 tsp iodized salt.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add papaya and malunggay leaves.
- Simmer once.
